Bioart installation project, studioHydrostatic, focuses on human/artificially driven wetland ecosystems and was founded in collaboration between myself and my partner,  Sarah Max Beck. This project takes a creative approach towards research that blurs the lines between conceptual art, mad-scientist project and citizen science. We work with water, biological media, glass, digital technology, and recycled material to create site-specific environments, unique tools and standalone sculptural objects tailored to the mission of ecological problem solving (carbon sequestration, biodiversity encouragement, food production, and ecosystems stabilization).
